Opsoek Village is situated at the foot of the Klein  Swartberg mountains, adjacent to Route 62.  Being 150 years old, Opsoek has loads of characters and well-weathered locals.  On weekends people flock from all over to enjoy hiking, biking, mountain biking etc.  The mission stations Amalienstein, Zoar as well as wine cellars are just a whisle away.
